- No provoking, flaming, harassing, or maliciously swearing at other members. Please treat other members how you would expect to be treated on the forum. If there is a problem with another member, please contact one of the forum staff. If you try and solve the problem yourself it will make the problem worse and lead to members’ suspensions.

- When starting new topics be very descriptive in your subject heading. A well described title is easy to follow and helps the reader understand what the topic is about. Before posting, please search the topic to make sure a thread does not already exist. If it does, use the thread previously created so the Forums do not get cluttered.

- NO pornography. We do not consider nudity porn, it just depends on the actions while nude… We will not explain more. Use your head and lets be grown up about this. Just don't post any porn. At the very least, if you don't think what you want to post is too terrible, place a warning at the start of the post clearly stating something along the lines of "the following post contains material which may not be suitable for minors".

Absolutely No Spam. This site is for action figures, toys, and related topics. Anyone posting spam will have the post automatically removed and be restricted from the site. Period! Examples:* Multiple one-word responses* Multiple off-topic posts (occasionally going off-topic is fine, posting stupid stuff isn't)* Multiple similar responses (like posting only "cool" in a MILLION custom topics)* Multiple double-posting (maybe we need to make the EDIT button bigger?)Multiple being the key word here… Posting links isn't spamming, posting the same link (or word or whatever) over and over all over the place is. Porn isn't spam, we just don't want it here.

- Do not steal other peoples work. Customs are art! Not everyone can do this, so when you take credit for someone else’s work, it can be taken very personally. Submit your own work, and your own work alone. Anyone caught submitting other peoples work will be tracked down and dealt with. If we can’t find you, then you’ll be banned b***h!!! Just joking we won’t ban you because we'll find you…

- Are you having problems with a member on the site? All complaints concerning a disruptive site member are read carefully before any action is taken. If a staff member discovers a member being disruptive, then CustomFigureWars will take immediate action, but please understand CFW can not do much if we do not see it first hand. So, if you have a complaint, please be very specific and give as much information describing your problem and how we can locate the harassing posts for verification. This way we can take action and make your experience pleasant and fun.
