first off! this contest is for ANYONE AND EVERYONE! beginners and veterans!

please post your customs here in this thread to be picked for winning status!

at least 3 photos unaltered and no photoshop!

Please read all the rules below carefully:

The goal of this contest is to spark the creativity of our board members and produce some of the best customs we can! We all love a challenge and who doesn’t like great prizes? The difference with this contest is that you are making a commissioned piece in return for your prize. We have a ton of great prizes and trust me when I say it will be worth your time.

SIDE NOTE!

Only the winners will be sending customs to receive prizes

Categories:

1) Assassins, Snipers and Hitmen oh my! Create an original JOE, IG, Cobra, NOK or freelance gun for hire.

2) 2 pack wish – Any original or yet to be made/remade combo you can dream up from the GI joe universe.

3) Man and his best friend! Original or remake character with animal.

4) Pimp my ride- Customize any vehicle or create your own. Can be for any faction and serve any function.

5) Where are all the ladies? Joes,IG,Cobra & Noks must have a women tough enough to become EEL , Snow Serpent, Ranger, infantry, IG, or dreadnoks! Let’s see them.

6) Video game characters! any character from any console or computer game! male female! creature or robot!

Rules:

1) All commissions/customs must be made in GI Joe 25th Anniversary style. You may use whatever parts you like but the finished product must be able to fit in seamlessly with other GI JOE 3 ¾ universe. Vehicles must be in 1:18 scale. A grand prize will be awarded, selected from any category. Each category will have a first prize and possibly a second prize dependent on the number of entries in that category (second prize award is at the discretion of the judges). A best amateur prize will also be awarded, which can be selected from any category.

2) You may enter as many entries in as many categories as you wish. This commission/contest will be open to anyone in the 50 states and Canada. Hiss tank members, customfigurewars.com board members etc..in good standing. International board members please check with judges prior to submission.

3) A minimum of 4 contestants (not entries!) must enter a category to make it valid to be judged for a first place category win. This however, does not mean that you can’t win the grand prize or amateur prize. Any category without enough contestants the first category prize will be redistributed as best suits the contest.

4) Redemption of prizes: All winning entries are commissions and upon shipping the entry with a tracking number your prize(s) shipped to you with a tracking number. This is very important. Please do not enter the contest if you do not agree with this stipulation. Further information in regards to address etc will be provided at end of contest.

5) Your custom must be created exclusively for this commission/contest and may not have been posted anywhere else previously. Entries posted previously or else where will be invalid.

6. no overly goofy customs will be allowed in the finals

Judging:

All entries will be reviewed by a select panel of judges. (Lucard123 and myself ) These Judges will not participate in the contest. We will be looking for the following:

· Originality
· Parts
· Paint
· Sculpting
· Difficulty level
· Accessories
· Overall Presentation

Submissions:

You have 6 weeks to complete your entry. Contest begins 7/10/10 and deadline for entries will be 8/22/10. No entries will be accepted beyond this date. No exceptions. All entries will be posted within thread.
